An Act amending Titles 9 (Burial Grounds), 18 (Crimes and Offenses), 40 (Insurance) and 67 (Public Welfare) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, approved November 25, 1970 (P. L. 707, No. 230), changing and adding provisions on crimes and offenses and restitution of victims of crimes; making editorial changes; and repealing parts of acts relating to certain crimes and offenses.
