An Act amending the "Second Class County Code," approved July 28, 1953 (P. L. 723, No. 230), combining the county offices of prothonotary, clerk of quarter sessions, clerk of orphans' court, register of wills, and recorder of deeds to create the office of Director of Dockets and Deeds.
