An Act creating the Vietnam Memorial Commission as a temporary body to develop detailed plans for the creating of a State Memorial Forest of hemlock trees with markers honoring Pennsylvania servicemen killed in the Vietnam Conflict and to submit a report of its findings, recommendations and proposed legislation to the General Assembly.
