An Act amending "The Administrative Code of 1929," approved April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), creating within State Government a State Department of Developmental Disabilities, defining its powers and duties, authorizing interstate compacts on mental health, authorizing reciprocal agreements and creating a Commonwealth Development Disabilities Foundation.
