A Supplement to the act of July 7, 1972 (No. 17-A), entitled "An act to provide for the expenses of the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth, the public debt and for the public schools for the fiscal year July 1, 1972 to June 30, 1973, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending June 30, 1972," providing for deficiencies in certain appropriations made by the act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1973.
