An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 35 (Health and Safety) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in minors, providing for sale of e-liquids and vapor products to minors prohibited; in trade and commerce, providing for the offense of illegal sales of e-liquids and vapor products; and providing for vapor products regulation and licensing and establishing the Vapor Products Compliance Fund.
