An Act amending Title 27 (Environmental Resources) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, establishing a disposal fee for municipal waste landfills and for residual waste and construction and demolition waste processing and disposal fees; further providing for the deposit of and surcharge for various fees and for allocations from the Environmental Stewardship Fund; establishing a Toxics Release Inventory fee for deposit in the establishing a Toxics Release Inventory fee for deposit in the Hazardous Sites Cleanup Fund; and making repeals.
