Short Title:
An Act amending the act of December 5, 1936 (2nd Sp.Sess., 1937 P.L.2897, No.1), known as the Unemployment Compensation Law, further providing for definitions and for relief from charges and for establishment and maintenance of employer's reserve accounts; providing for automatic relief from charges; further providing for qualifications required to secure compensation, for rate and amount of compensation, for definitions and for rules of procedure; and providing for shared-work program and for applicability.
