An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses), 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) and 44 (Law and Justice) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for tampering with biological evidence; further providing for controlled substance forfeiture and for preservation of biological evidence; repealing provisions relating to postconviction DNA testing; further providing for jurisdiction and proceedings; providing for postconviction DNA testing; and providing for forensic laboratories and for powers and duties of the board.
