A Resolution encouraging the Governor to request that the Independent Regulatory Review Commission and all Commonwealth agencies with guidelines, regulations, licenses, certifications or criteria that require a high school diploma deem a postsecondary degree from an accredited institution of higher education as satisfying the requirement.
