The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:Section 1. Section 4962(f.2) of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read: § 4962. Conditions of permits and security for damages.* * *(f.2) One pilot car.--Vehicles greater than 13 feet but less than 14 feet in body width, even if the total length of the vehicle or combination, including the load on the combination, exceeds 90 feet but is not in excess of 120 feet, shall only be required to maintain one pilot car. The position of the pilot car to the front or rear of the permitted vehicle may be determined by the department.* * *Section 2. Section 7304.1 heading of Title 75 is amended and the section is amended by adding a subsection to read: § 7304.1. Reports and removal of abandoned vehicles within the boundaries of a city of the first class or second class.* * *(c) Applicability.--This section shall apply only to vehicles reported abandoned within the boundaries of a city of the first class or a city of the second class.Section 3.
