REPEAL - LAW PERTAINING TO SALARIES AND COMPENSATION OF OFFICERS, CLERKS
     AND EMPLOYES IN OFFICE OF RECORDER OF DEEDS IN CERTAIN COUNTIES
                  Act of Jul. 2, 2004, P.L. 466, No. 52               Cl. 16

                                  AN ACT

     Repealing the act of July 15, 1919 (P.L.961, No.378), entitled
        "An act fixing the salaries and compensation of the officers,
        clerks, and employes in the office of the recorder of deeds
        of any county having a population of one million five hundred
        thousand inhabitants or over."
        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:
        Section 1.  The act of July 15, 1919 (P.L.961, No.378),
     entitled "An act fixing the salaries and compensation of the
     officers, clerks, and employes in the office of the recorder of
     deeds of any county having a population of one million five
     hundred thousand inhabitants or over," is repealed.
        Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
