CONVEYANCE - COMMONWEALTH PROPERTY IN CAMERON COUNTY
                  Act of Jun. 25, 2001, P.L. 614, No. 52              Cl. 85
                                  AN ACT

     Authorizing and directing the Department of General Services,
        with the approval of the Governor and the Secretary of
        Conservation and Natural Resources, to convey to John L.
        Johnson a certain tract of land situate in Grove Township,
        Cameron County, in exchange for a certain tract of land.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  (a)  Authorization and description of property to
     be conveyed.--The Department of General Services, with the
     approval of the Governor and the Secretary of Conservation and
     Natural Resources, is hereby authorized and directed on behalf
     of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to grant and convey to John
     L. Johnson the following tract of land, bounded and described as
     follows:
        All that certain tract, piece or parcel of land situate in
     the Township of Grove, County of Cameron, Commonwealth of
     Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as
     follows:
        Beginning at a 2" iron pipe and concrete corner along the
     Easterly right-of-way of State Route 872, and being a corner
     common to lands of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Bureau of
     State Parks, and lands of John Johnson, known as Upper Logue Run
     Lodge; thence by said Johnson lands North 82 degrees 57 minutes
     50 seconds East, a distance of 124.85 feet to a corner; thence
     continuing by said Johnson lands North 35 degrees 17 minutes 58
     seconds East, a distance of 33.80 feet to a corner; thence by
     lands remaining to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Bureau of
     State Parks, South 26 degrees 56 minutes 21 seconds East, a
     distance of 23.64 feet to a point in the center of a dirt road;
     thence by same the following three (3) courses and distances
     along the centerline of the aforesaid dirt road:  (1)  South 22
     degrees 39 minutes 54 seconds West, a distance of 26.57 feet to
     a point, (2)  South 25 degrees 30 minutes 23 seconds East, a
     distance of 7.31 feet to a point and (3)  South 44 degrees 59
     minutes 03 seconds East, a distance of 32.15 feet to a point;
     thence leaving said dirt road and continuing by lands remaining
     to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Bureau of State Parks,
     South 52 degrees 41 minutes 23 seconds West, a distance of
     120.41 feet to a point in the center of Upper Logue Run; thence
     up said run and by lands remaining to said Commonwealth, the
     following two (2) courses and distances:  (1)  North 49 degrees
     03 minutes 16 seconds West, a distance of 53.32 feet to a point
     and (2)  North 41 degrees 02 minutes 24 seconds West, a distance
     of 72.16 feet to a point at the intersection of Upper Logue Run
     with the Easterly right-of-way line of State Route 872; thence
     leaving Logue Run and along the easterly right-of-way line of
     State Route 872, North 41 degrees 02 minutes 42 seconds East, a
     distance of 20.75 feet to a 2" iron pipe and concrete corner,
     the point of beginning.
        Containing 0.3051 acre of land.
        Being part of a larger tract of land conveyed to The General
     State Authority, a governmental instrumentality of the
     Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by Harry and Twila Foster and
     Adeline Logue by deed dated October 11, 1955, and recorded in
     the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cameron County,
     Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 53 at Page 462.
        (b)  Description of property to be received in exchange.--The
     conveyance authorized by subsection (a) shall be in exchange for
     the conveyance by John L. Johnson to the Commonwealth of
     Pennsylvania of a tract of land bounded and described as
     follows:
        All that certain tract, piece or parcel of land situate in
     the Township of Grove, County of Cameron and Commonwealth of
     Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as
     follows:
        Beginning at a 2" iron pipe and concrete corner on the
     Easterly right-of-way of State Route 872, said corner being
     common to lands of John Johnson and lands now or formerly of
     Gregory A. Milsom et ux; thence along said right-of-way line
     North 43 degrees 51 minutes 35 seconds East, a distance of 93.03
     feet to a corner; thence by lands of the Commonwealth of
     Pennsylvania, Bureau of State Parks, the following three (3)
     courses and distances:  (1)  South 42 degrees 22 minutes 39
     seconds East, a distance of 93.89 feet to a corner, (2)  South
     04 degrees 12 minutes 55 seconds East, a distance of 70.58 feet
     to a corner and (3)  South 49 degrees 57 minutes 28 seconds
     West, a distance of 65.14 feet to a corner of lands now or
     formerly of Gregory A. Milsom et ux; thence by said lands now or
     formerly of Milsom North 36 degrees 28 minutes 37 seconds West,
     a distance of 136.54 feet to a 2" iron pipe and concrete corner,
     the point of BEGINNING.
        Containing 0.3051 acre of land.
        Being all of Parcel 1 as contained in the deed from Harry
     Foster and Twila Foster, his wife, to Albin Johnson, Carl
     Johnson, Walter Johnson, John Johnson, Luther Johnson and Walter
     Domino, Sr., said deed dated August 2, 1958, and recorded in the
     Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cameron County, Pennsylvania,
     in Deed Book 56 at Page 509.
        (c)  Easements and interests.--Conveyance of the land
     described in subsection (a) shall be made under and subject to
     all easements, servitudes and rights of other, including, but
     not confined to, streets, roadways and rights of telephone,
     telegraph, water, electric, sewer, gas or pipeline companies, as
     well as under and subject to any interest, estates or tenancies
     vested in third persons, whether or not appearing of record, for
     any portion of the land or improvements erected thereon.
        (d)  Execution of deed.--The deed of conveyance of the
     property described in subsection (a) shall be approved as
     provided by law and shall be executed by the Secretary of
     General Services in the name of the Commonwealth of
     Pennsylvania.
        (e)  Costs.--The parties to the transaction shall bear their
     respective costs.
        Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
