REPEALS - OBSOLETE LAW RELATING TO SEWAGE SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION
                  Act of Dec. 3, 1998, P.L. 931, No. 119              Cl. 88
                                  AN ACT

     Repealing certain acts as being obsolete.
        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:
        Section 1.  The following acts are repealed:
        Act of May 1, 1909 (P.L.306, No.198), entitled "An act to
     authorize municipalities to unite in the construction of a
     sewage system, and to permit municipalities to form corporations
     for the purpose of constructing a sewage system."
        Act of June 2, 1937 (P.L.1181, No.296), entitled "An act
     permitting boroughs and townships of the first class engaged in
     the construction of sewers and sewer systems to change, under
     certain conditions, the locations of the sewers and sewer system
     by amending ordinances; and providing that abutting property
     owners shall be liable in such cases."
        Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
