COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, CRUELTY TO ANIMALS
                  Act of Apr. 13, 1921, P.L. 132, No. 80              Cl. 16
                                  AN ACT

     Authorizing county commissioners to appropriate moneys for the
        maintenance of duly incorporated organizations for the
        prevention of cruelty to animals.

        Compiler's Note:  Section 2901 of Act 130 of 1955 provided
            that Act 80 is repealed insofar as it relates to counties
            of the third through eighth class.
        Compiler's Note:  Section 3301 of Act 230 of 1953 provided
            that Act 80 is repealed insofar as it relates to counties
            of the second class.
        Section 1.  Be it enacted, &c., That from and after the
     passage of this act, it shall be lawful for the county
     commissioners of any county to appropriate moneys toward the
     maintenance of any organization or society incorporated under
     the laws of this Commonwealth for the prevention of cruelty to
     animals and which, for a period of at least two years prior to
     the making of such appropriation, shall have been engaged in
     carrying out the purposes of its incorporation in whole or in
     part within said county.
