SECOND CLASS CITIES, BOARDS OF CONTROL OF SCHOOL DISTRICT
                   Act of May 4, 1893, P.L. 34, No. 30                Cl. 24
                                  AN ACT

     To prohibit members of boards of control of school districts in
        cities of the second class from holding any office of
        emolument under or being employed by said boards.

        Section 1.  Members of board in cities of second class not to
     be employed by said board
        From and after the passage of this act it shall be unlawful
     for any director or member of the board of control of school
     districts, in any city of the second class within this
     Commonwealth, to hold the office of secretary of said board, or
     be employed by said board, while a member thereof, in any
     capacity in which any compensation is attached. 1893, May 10,
