                                  AN ACT

     Fixing the standard weight of a ton or cord of bark.

        Section 1.  Bark; weight of cord and ton
        From and after the passage of this act the standard weight of
     a cord of hemlock, oak or other bark, when sold by the cord or
     ton, shall be two thousand pounds for each and every cord, and
     two thousand pounds for each and every ton.  1891, June 1, P.L.
