REVENUES INCREASED AND LEGISLATIVE EXPENSES DIMINISHED
                 Act of Apr. 16, 1845, P.L. 532, No. 348              Cl. 72
                                  AN ACT

     To increase the revenues and diminish the legislative expenses
        of the commonwealth.

        Section 8.  Lists to be furnished to treasurer, and
     transmitted to Auditor General
        The appraisers so appointed shall furnish to the treasurer of
     the proper city or county, a certified list of the dealers
     aforesaid, with the classification as made out by them or
     determined by the judges of the court on appeal, as aforesaid;
     and the said treasurer shall, within twenty days thereafter,
     transmit to the Auditor General a copy of such list, and shall
     receive and collect, together with the fees of the appraiser and
     his own fee, the sums to be paid by such dealers for their
     licenses, in the manner directed by law.  1845, April 16, P.L.

        Section 18.  Report of names of defaulters and amount of
     defalcation to Legislature
        It shall be the duty of the State Treasurer, annually
     hereafter, within days after the meeting of the Legislature, to
     report to the Senate and House of Representatives, the names of
     all persons who are then defaulters to the Commonwealth,
     together with the nature and amount of such default; and the
     State Treasurer shall also communicate to the Attorney General,
     the names and residence of all defaulters, with the amount of
