Subject: Recognizing Climate Week in Pennsylvania
 
My colleagues and I will be introducing a resolution to designate the week of September 18-24, 2022, as "Climate Week" in PA. 
 
Climate change is the most serious and immediate environmental threat confronting Pennsylvania, the United States, and the world. The time for climate action is now. Good climate policy is good economic policy, and climate legislation that protects our environment and our current and future generations can also help us support Pennsylvania’s workforce, build stronger, healthier communities, and advance Pennsylvania’s economic goals.

 We hope you will join us in co-sponsoring this resolution to celebrate "Climate Week" in PA.
