Subject: | Condolence Resolution for State Police Troopers Martin Mack III and Branden Sisca |
In the near future, we will be introducing a condolence resolution honoring the lives and service of two of Pennsylvania’s finest; Trooper Martin F. Mack III of Bristol and Trooper Branden T. Sisca of Trappe. Both were assigned to Troop K, Philadelphia, and were tragically killed by a speeding motorist while assisting a pedestrian on I-95 just outside of Philadelphia on March 21st, 2022. Trooper Mack, 33, had been with the State Police since 2014, and sadly leaves behind a wife and two daughters. Trooper Sisca, 29, more recently became a Trooper in February of 2021, and leaves behind a wife who is expecting their first child in July. Troopers Mack and Sisca died while selflessly serving the citizens of this Commonwealth, yet the loss now felt by their families is unimaginable. We ask each of you to join us in sending our condolences through this resolution. |
