Subject:	REPEAL: Balanced Multimodal Transportation Policy Commission

This legislation would repeal a Commission, that to the best of my knowledge, has never been established nor met, and is currently inactive.  Please join me in cosponsoring this legislation to clean up the statutes in the Commonwealth.
