Subject: Protecting the Location of Human Trafficking Victims and Extending Statute of Limitations for Victims
 
I will soon be introducing legislation to protect the location of human trafficking victims and extend the statute of limitations.

This legislation will allow the victim to press charges in locations where any of the alleged sex trade act occurred. This will provide new ways to hide the identity and location of the victim.

The statute of limitations for human trafficking will be increased from five years to ten years.
