Subject: “Conservation District Week” in PA
 
In the near future, I intend to introduce a resolution designating May 5 through May 11, 2019 as “Conservation District Week” in Pennsylvania to recognize county conservation districts and the Pennsylvania Association of Conservation Districts (PACD).

County conservation districts work to enhance locally led efforts that support the wise use of this Commonwealth’s natural resources. They have made immeasurable contributions to our state and residents through its programs, which are designed to enhance the quality of life for all.

Please join me in cosponsoring this resolution.
