Subject: Statewide Referendum- Legalization of Marijuana for Personal Use
 
In the near future, I will introduce a referendum on the legalization of marijuana for personal use by adults.

The nonbinding statewide referendum will allow the citizens of the Commonwealth to express their opinion and provide the General Assembly important feedback on how to proceed with this important issue.

The referendum will be placed on the ballot at the general election in 2020.

The question shall read: Shall the Pennsylvania General Assembly legalize marijuana for personal use by adults?
