Senate of Pennsylvania
Session of 2015 - 2016 Regular Session

MEMORANDUM

Posted: September 18, 2015 03:34 PM
From: Senator Bob Mensch
To: All Senate members
Subject: Pennsylvania Community College Completion Week

In the near future, I intend to introduce a resolution recognizing the first annual Pennsylvania Community College Completion Challenge (PAC4) Week during the week of October 19-23, 2015.

There are many benefits to completing a community college certificate or degree. Students with a degree earn $500 thousand more than students with only a high school degree during their time in the workforce.

PAC4 is intended to encourage students to complete there studies while enrolled at community colleges . Community colleges across the state are embarking on programs during this week to promote course completion.

If you have any questions please contact Matt Azeles in my office at 717-787-3110.

Introduced as SR213
