Subject: Bulk Ethanol Transportation
 
In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation authorizing a heavy haul permit for the movement of ethanol in bulk. I have an ethanol processing plant in my district which must transport the ethanol they produce to fill Pennsylvania's needs.

The heavy haul permit would facilitate deliveries and help reduce the pump price of fuel. It would also improve safety for tankers that haul the material and motorists who utilize the transportation network near the facility.
