Subject: Combat Infantry Badge Specialty License Plate
 
In the near future, I will be introducing legislation that would provide Pennsylvania veterans and current service members who earned the Combat Infantry Badge (CIB) during their tour of duty with the opportunity to proudly display their achievement on their license plate.

The CIB was approved in 1943 by the Secretary of War. The CIB is awarded to officers and enlisted men and women who served in combat with the United States Army. These brave men and women who earned this achievement deserve to have a specialty license plate designed in their honor for their service to our nation.
