Subject: Racketeering Legislation
 
In the near future, I plan to re-introduce legislation that will expand the definition of racketeering. Under this proposed legislation racketeering will include knowingly and intentionally selling, delivering or transferring a firearm to any person who is unqualified or ineligible to control or use a firearm. I hope you will join me on this important legislation as we continue to explore ways to protect Pennsylvanians.
