Subject: Notification of telephone monitoring
 
In the near future, I plan to reintroduce SB 545 of 2011. This legislation would allow an employee to inspect certain personnel files of his employer and require an employer to provide notification to employees of telephone monitoring.

SB 545 of 2011 was co-sponsored by Senators Kitchen, Fontana, Rafferty, Leach, Tartaglione, Stack, Kasunic, M. White, Costa, Ferlo, McIlhinney, Boscola, Washington, and Farnese.

Introduced as SB828
