Subject: Memo #7 - Amends the Liquid Fuels Tax Municipal Allocation Law
 
In the near future, I plan to reintroduce SB 1036 of last Session that will require the Department of Transportation to remit payment of liquid fuel tax monies to municipalities on the first day of March each year.

This legislation unanimously passed the Senate in 2012 but was not considered by the House prior to adjournment.

Previous Co-sponsors included Senators: PILEGGI, BAKER, SCHWANK, YUDICHAK, ORIE, RAFFERTY, M. WHITE, FONTANA, ERICKSON, GORDNER, WAUGH, D. WHITE, YAW, SOLOBAY, BREWSTER, WASHINGTON, BOSCOLA AND EARLL.
