Subject: Liquor Code Fines
 
Please join me in co-sponsoring legislation to increase fines for Liquor Code violations. The fine increases would affect liquor licensees found guilty of sales to minors, of sales to visible intoxicated persons, of being public nuisance establishments, of corruption of minors or violations of “The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act. These fines have not been adjusted since 1987.

Introduced as SB103
