Subject: PHFA 50th Anniversary Resolution
 
In the near future, we plan to introduce a joint resolution to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency.
 
The agency is a state-affiliated agency which has, since it’s creation, generated more than $16.9 billion of funding for more than 191,870 single-family home mortgage loans, helped fund the construction of 103,328 rental units, distributed approximately $239 million to support local housing initiatives, and saved the homes of more than 50,660 families from foreclosure.
 
Please join us in co-sponsoring this resolution to acknowledge the incredible work of the agency in helping so many Pennsylvanians reach their dreams of homeownership, or assisted them in meeting their housing needs.
 


Introduced as HR61
