Subject: Digital Currency Task Force
 
The technology industry is consistently evolving and changing.  While there are a multitude of new things that we can do with technology; one of the newest enhancements includes the ability to use digital currency to purchase everyday items such as pizza, fries, or groceries. 

Digital currency is a form of currency that only exists in an electronic form.  This type of currency not only changes in value on a day-to-day basis, but it is also unregulated on the federal, state, and local levels of government.  

It is for this reason, that I have decided to propose legislation that would create the digital currency task force.  This task force would conduct a study on digital currency, cryptocurrency, and blockchain industries, hold public hearings, and submit a report on its findings.
