Subject: Vehicle Inspection - Supply Chain Issues
 
In the near future, I will be introducing legislation to ensure Pennsylvanians who are attempting to comply with vehicle emissions and inspections are not found out of compliance due to national supply chain shortages.

This legislation will require PennDOT to issue inspection and emission inspection waivers to ensure Pennsylvanians can still use their vehicles while their parts needed to comply with vehicle emissions and inspections laws are delivered.  

I hope you will join me in cosponsoring this commonsense legislation to ensure our residents can be in compliance with state inspection laws due to no fault of their own.
