Subject: COVID Freedom Act
 
During this pandemic, our government has restricted some of the most basic freedoms that we cherish as Americans.

In the near future, I intend to introduce legislation that will prohibit government restrictions on our freedom of worship and prohibit restrictions on businesses providing their services to the public. My legislation will also make it clear that government cannot issue stay at home orders or impose a curfew based on public health concerns.

As talk of “vaccine passports” is becoming more and more common, my legislation will take the important step of ensuring that citizens cannot be discriminated against by their government or businesses operating within the state based on whether or not they have been vaccinated.

Please join me in cosponsoring this vital legislation.
