Subject:	Allowing licensee's to deliver wine and mixed drinks permanently

In the near future, I will be introducing legislation that will allow licensees to deliver wine and mixed drinks permanently.  This legislation was initially introduced last year as a temporary measure during the declared state of emergency and renewals of the state of emergency.   I hope you will consider cosponsoring this legislation.
