Subject: Army Specialist Four Harold Phillip Grasser Memorial Bridge
 
In the near future, I will introduce legislation designating that the bridge on TR-413 Grasser Road as the Army Specialist Four Harold Phillip Grasser Memorial Bridge.
 
SP4 Harold Phillip Grasser served with the United States Army during the Vietnam War, and was a native of Manns Choice, PA. He was killed in action fighting the enemy on August 30, 1968.
