Subject: Benefit Transfer Device Fraud
 
I am reintroducing former HB 789 in the 2019-2020 regular legislative session.

This legislation amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes and outlines benefit transfer device fraud offenses and grading for unauthorized use of ACCESS cards.
