Subject: Liquor License Renewal Fees (Former HB2919)
 
In the near future, I plan on reintroducing legislation that would waive all 2021 and 2022 license renewal and permit fees for any liquor licensee holding a club, restaurant, hotel, or eatery license; who can demonstrate a loss of more than 20% of sales as a result of the restrictions imposed during the COVID-19 disaster emergency.

It is my hope that this legislation will provide some relief to our local restaurants and bars who have been so negatively impacted by COVID-19.

I hope you will consider co-sponsoring this legislation.
