Subject: New Rule 19(c) Spending Limitations on Appropriation Bills
 
This new proposed Rule 19(c) will require the Appropriations Committee to certify each appropriations bill, supplemental appropriations bill and non-preferred bill as TABOR compliant prior to its final passage or concurrence votes on the House floor.

This new Rule will provide greater financial controls on taxpayer dollars and let our constituents know the House of Representatives is dedicated to bringing the budget into balance.
