|As we navigate through the Coronavirus Pandemic we as consumers are faced with making difficult buying decisions. We are trying to strike a balance between being safe while still desiring to help sustain the local small businesses in our community.
Outdoor dining has provided consumers with a level of comfort where they can remain socially distant and feel safe while eating out at their neighborhood restaurants and bars. My legislation will remove many of the barriers for outdoor seating, allowing licensees to utilize this option more easily. Removing limitations concerning public thoroughfares, eliminating fees and reducing delays in approval are included in this plan.
Please consider cosponsoring this legislation and show your support for our local restaurants industry.
