Subject:	Repealer Legislation

Please join me as a co-sponsor of 2 pieces of legislation to repeal Act 9 of 1868 and Act 38 of 1870. Both of these acts provide exemptions to the mercantile license tax system, which was abolished in its entirety in 1944. Therefore, these acts are obsolete.

I look forward to working with you on this important legislation.
