Subject:	National Recovery Advocacy Day

I am planning to introduce a resolution recognizing September 5th, 2019 as National Recovery Advocacy Day in Pennsylvania. This resolution encourages relatives and friends of individuals affected by mental illness and/or substance abuse to implement preventive measures, recognize the signs of a problem and guide those in need to appropriate treatment and recovery support services. Please join me in co-sponsoring this resolution.
