Subject: Resolution Recognizing June 17 through 23, 2019, as “National Pollinator Week” in Pennsylvania
 
Recognizing the crucial role that honey bees (along with many other small insects and animals) play in providing valuable ecosystem services in the pollination process and also recognizing that without the assistance of these pollinators, most plants cannot produce fruits and seeds, I plan to introduce the attached resolution recognizing the week of June 17-23, 2019, as “National Pollinator Week” in Pennsylvania.

I ask you to please join me in sponsoring this resolution.
