Subject:	Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week

I am planning to introduce a resolution designating April 30-May 7, 2018 as “Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week” in Pennsylvania. It is appropriate that we set aside one week each year to direct our attention to our children’s mental health and well-being and our system of related resources and services. Addressing the complex mental health needs of children, youth and families is fundamental to the future of our Commonwealth. Please join me in cosponsoring the resolution.
