Subject: Honoring Coach Pat Chambers and the Penn State Men's Basketball Team
 
In the near future, we will be introducing a resolution honoring Coach Pat Chambers and the Penn State men's basketball team for winning the 2018 National Invitational Tournament (NIT).

On March 29, 2018, the Penn State Men's basketball team emerged victorious by scoring a total of 82 points over the Utah Utes’ 66 points. Penn State dominated every phase, every part of the floor, and won its second NIT championship in nine years before the largest crowd in the NIT championship since 2005.

I hope that you will all consider joining us in celebrating this milestone.
