This memo is replacing a co-sponsorship memo sent out yesterday. In the near future I will be introducing a joint resolution along with Rep. Charlton. We will be honoring Villanova University's men’s basketball team for winning the 2018 NCAA Championship and hope that you will all consider joining us in celebrating this milestone.
