Subject: Electricity Wind Resources Impact Tax
 
In the near future I will be introducing legislation that will authorize the imposition of an electricity wind resources impact tax.
This legislation will establish the Electricity Wind Resources Fund, provide for distribution of funds, and impose administrative penalties.
