Subject: Resolution recognizing National Wreaths Across America Day - December 16, 2017
 
In the near future, I will be introducing a resolution recognizing December 16, 2017 as National Wreaths Across America Day.

Wreaths Across America’s mission is to “Remember, Honor and Teach” and is carried out by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as over 1,200 additional locations in all U.S. states.

Since December 16th falls on a weekend, a Wreaths Across America ceremony will take place here at the Capitol on Monday, December 11, 2017 beginning at noon in the Main Rotunda.

Please join me in recognizing National Wreaths Across America Day.
