Subject: Protected Pedalcycle Lanes
 
In the near future, I will introduce legislation which provides for protected pedalcycle lanes.

The bill amends Title 75 as it relates to additional parking regulations for when there is a pedalcycle lane adjacent to either a two-way or one-way highway. Every vehicle shall be positioned in the direction of authorized traffic movement and shall allow 12 inches as a buffer space between the pedalcycle lane and parking.
